This was the best service company I have had at my place of business. I run a small salon/spa and we use a lot of water and towels. Plumbers & washing machines are always over used. Dean called with questions about my appliance before arrival, called when he was on his way and easily corrected my washing machine. Just wanted to add my recommendation here for Al's Appliance Repair. Sears screwed me over (please pardon the expression, but it's true) last week by not showing up at their scheduled time to repair my Kenmore dryer, and then their tech called an hour after the window had closed to see if I still wanted him to show up. I told him not to bother, then started researching other repair companies. I've both heard and experienced firsthand how many appliance repair companies are part of a big syndicate, where they place ads online and in phone books under different names and numbers, but all are basically the same company with one switchboard; so I wanted REAL referrals, which I found on Nextdoor.com. Jeremy from Al's was polite, friendly, did the work quickly, cleaned up nicely after himself, and did not try to sell me home improvement services or extended warranties. Also, their basic service call was $10 less than that of Sears. HIGHLY recommend them.

FAQ

What are your rates?

Our service charge is $65 plus tax. This includes our trip to your home and the diagnosis of your problem. After the diagnosis is completed you will receive an exact price quote and that will be the final price. If you decide to complete the repair the service charge is included as a component of that price, it’s already been factored in. The total price is calculated as service charge + parts + labor. Stacked washer/dryers have an additional $20 fee due to the added labor needed to open up the appliance. Every additional appliance which needs to be fixed has an additional $35 fee.

Do you offer a warranty?

All of our repairs are backed by a 30 DAY guarantee on parts and 90 DAY guarantee on labor.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check or credit/debit cards. We will process your card payment on the spot using our mobile payment app. We do not store your card numbers.
